About The Fonts Rubik

Rubik is a sans-serif typeface designed by
Philipp Hubert and Sebastian Fischer of Hubert & ABCDEFGH IJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
Fischer, a design studio based in Berlin and New
York. The typeface was commissioned by Google
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
for use in a Rubik’s Cube exhibition, hence the
name Rubik.

DANA is an effort to create a geometric typeface
close to Nashkh roots in Arabic script. All charac- Font Styles
ters are structured from combination of straight
lines and circles.
Regular / Regular italic / Bold / Bold italic

These two fonts accompany each other in their
respective scripts.

In cases that is not possible to use Rubik in latin
scripts between Persian scripts, due to their
similarities it is permitted to use DANA for latin
scripts, e.g. digital usage in website.
